How to build it
- Type the size you need above, in millimetres, centimetres or inches.
- Download the PDF and print it at 100% — never “fit to page”.
- Cut every solid line and score every dashed line.
- Fold the two side flaps in, then the bottom flap over them and glue. The top flap closes last.
Questions about the envelope
- What size should the envelope be?
- Take the size of what goes inside and add two or three millimetres each way, so it slides in without a fight.
- Which flap gets glued?
- Fold the two side flaps in, then the bottom flap over them and glue that. The top flap is the one you close last.
- Can I make a square envelope?
- Yes — set the width and height the same. Square envelopes are popular for invitations.
